
Handful of NE Iowa Schools Closed or Delayed on April 3
Well here we are in April and, unlike most of March, the weather is not acting very friendly! As a result of the wintery weather much of the eastern portion of the state is facing, we have some school-related announcements to share.
Check below to see if your kid's school is affected.
School-related announcements:
Allamakee: In-person classes canceled. Virtual learning day.
Arlington-Starmont Schools: 2-Hour Delay
Decorah: Closed Today: CLOSED
Howard-Winneshiek Schools: CLOSED
Maquoketa Valley Schools: CLOSED
Postville Schools: CLOSED
Riceville Schools: 2-Hour Delay
South Winneshiek Schools: CLOSED
Other:
Waterloo - Black Hawk County Landfill: Closed due to high winds

As always, even if school isn't closed or delayed for your student, please drive safe and be prepared for difficulties on certain roads.
