Rural Elgin Accident Investigated

Fayette County authorities are looking into a one-vehicle accident over the weekend, near Elgin.

It was reported to the Fayette County Sheriff, just before 2pm Saturday, that a vehicle ended up in a ditch south of Elgin near the intersection of Cedar and Dove Roads.

A northbound car driven by 16 year old Natalie Moyle of Wadena, went out of control and slid into the ditch.

No one was injured but there was $4,000 damage to the car.

The accident is still under investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff.
