Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter, Riley Keough, Sells Historic Home for Above Asking — See Inside! [Pictures]

Elvis Presley's granddaughter, actor and singer Riley Keough, has sold her historic cottage in Los Angeles, and she made out very well on the sale.

Keough, 34, listed her 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,191-square-foot cottage in the Atwater Village area of L.A. for just under $1.6 million on April 26. The property found a buyer within weeks and went into pending status on May 13, according to online property sites.

Keough sold her luxurious home for $1,755,000 in a deal that closed on June 17. That final selling price breaks down to $1,474 per square foot and a monthly payment of $11,490.

The charming cottage is modestly sized, but it offers top-flight amenities that include:

• A large living room with a coved ceiling, picture windows and bench seating overlooking the front garden.
• A formal dining room.
• A fully modernized kitchen.
• A primary suite that includes dual closets, French doors and an attached bathroom that features a spa tub.
• A converted attic room that offers a daybed and alcove seating.
• Several outdoor spaces with mature fruit trees and meticulous landscaping.
• A detached infrared sauna.

Built in 1927, Keough's historic home has been carefully renovated in a way that retains its original historic charm. It sits on a 4,797-squre-foot lot behind hedges that offer privacy and quiet. A private entry leads to a stone courtyard at the front of the house.

Keough has been making headlines for another historic property amid her home sale. The Daisy Jones & the Six star inherited Graceland after her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, died in 2023, and she went to court in May of 2024 to stop the sale of the famed estate, alleging that the documents justifying the sale were forged and the entire foreclosure auction was fraudulent.

A judge sided with Keough in a ruling on May 22, issuing an injunction halting the auction. The investment company that attempted to auction the property then withdrew their claim with prejudice, which means they cannot re-file.
