Residents Cited for Garbage Accumulation

Oelwein authorities are citing area residents for accumulating garbage on their property.

68 year old Darlene Anderson of Oelwein was cited for Failure to Abate Property-Accumulation of Garbage, at a property in the 100 block of 5th Avenue NE. The incident originated on December 21st.

And 27 year old Brian Bass of Oelwein was ticketed by Oelwein Police for Failure to Abate Property-Accumulation of Garbage, at a property in the 200 block of 5th Avenue NE. That incident originated January 3rd of this year.
