Residential Facility Fugitive Caught in Oelwein

Oelwein Police have arrested an inmate who escaped from the area residential facility.

Shortly after 11pm Wednesday (Feb. 27), 25 year old Justin Greene of Garnavillo, was taken into custody in Oelwein, for escaping the West Union Residential Facility.

Greene was initially charged with Escape from Probation.

Greene was originally charged with Prohibited Acts, Possession of Marijuana, and 2 counts of Forgery.
