Reckless Driving Results in Drug Charges in Fayette County
The Fayette County Sheriff has released information on arrests concerning illegal drugs, and outstanding warrants.
On Sunday (June 16), the sheriff got a report that a vehicle was being driven recklessly on Highway 150, between West Union and Fayette. The vehicle was located at the intersection of Highways 150 and 93, in the city of Fayette. The driver, 30 year old Michael Pardee-Rose of Marion, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana-2nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While his License is Barred.
Late Monday night (June 17), 32 year old Jeffery Wilson Sr. of Oelwein was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for a Probation Violation-Driving While Barred. Wilson later posted bond and was released.
And a rural Westgate man was arrested by the Fayette County Sheriff on Monday, on a Black Hawk County warrant for dependent adult abuse. 61 year old Michael Kane was held until his transfer to Black Hawk County.
