Police Look Into A Burglary and a Theft in Oelwein

Oelwein Police are investigating a burglary and a theft.

Just before 12pm Thursday (May 10) the police department received a report of a break-in in the 2000 block of Highway 150 South.

Also on Thursday, at 1pm, Oelwein Police took a report of a theft in the 10 block of 1st Avenue SE.

A report was taken on both incidents, and the investigation continues.
