Police Arrest an Oelwein Woman on a Couple of Charges

Oelwein Police have arrested a local woman for criminal mischief and another charge.

On Tuesday, officers took 34 year old Kayleigh Harger of Oelwein into custody following an incident in the 300 block of 5th Avenue SE.

Harger is being charged with Criminal Mischief-5th Degree, and Disorderly Conduct.
