Oelwein Woman Charged with Assault

An Oelwein woman has been taken into custody for an assault charge.

Just before 8:30pm Thursday (Aug. 15), Oelwein Police took 50 year old Kimberly Schoultz into custody, from an incident that happened in the 100 block of 2nd Avenue NW in Oelwein.

Schoultz is being charged with Domestic Abuse Assault, which is a simple misdemeanor.
