Oelwein Traffic Accident

Oelwein police were called out to a minor accident early Thursday.

It happened at about 2am, in the 100 block of 3rd Street NW. A vehicle driven by Gary Morgan, collided with a car driven by Michael Pepin.

No injuries were reported, and damages were less than $1500 combined.

Morgan is being cited for unsafe backing.
