Oelwein Residents Arrested on Bremer Co. Warrants

Two Oelwein residents were been arrested Monday night (Jan. 27) on separate warrants from Bremer County.

At about 8pm, Oelwein Police took 24 year old Kyle Conner into custody for a Bremer County warrant for Failure to Appear for a plea change hearing for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Conner was arrested in the 1,000 block of 1st Avenue SW.

And 39 year old Flora Epley was arrested at about 11:30pm, at a residence at the intersection of 1st Street SE and 7th Avenue SE. Epley had a Bremer County warrant for two counts of identity theft.
