Oelwein Police Respond to a Theft Report

The Oelwein Police Department is looking into a theft reported this (Friday, June 7) morning.

Officers were called out at about 7:45am today to the 100 block of 1st Avenue NE to investigate. No other information was released.

Two Oelwein residents have been arrested on Buchanan County Warrants. At about 9:30pm Thursday, Oelwein Police arrested 39 year old Daniel Heidt and 32 year old Jessica Heidt, both on warrants for Failure to Appear for a Debtors Exam.
