Oelwein Police Report Vandalism and Theft

A local man has been cited by Oelwein Police in connection with some vandalism.

At about 12:30am Saturday (April 11), Oelwein Police investigated an incident in the 10 block of 2nd Street NW. 52 year old Willie Ellington of Oelwein was given a citation for Criminal Mischief.

Oelwein Police are also investigating a theft that was reported just before 8am Friday in the 100 block of 1st Avenue SE. No other information was released.
