Oelwein Police Report 2 Weekend Arrests

An Oelwein woman has been arrested on an assault charge.

Just before 1am Saturday (Oct. 31), Oelwein Police were called out to investigate an incident in the 10 block of 6th Avenue NE. 29 year old Nicole Reaves was taken into custody for Domestic Abuse Assault-Serious Misdemeanor.

An Oelwein man, 31 year old Augustin Mormann, was arrested Friday afternoon, at about 2pm, in the 500 block of Rock Island Road. Mormann was wanted on a Fayette County warrant for a Probation Violation.
