Oelwein Police Nab Local Woman on Drug Charges

An Oelwein woman has been arrested early this (Tuesday) morning on drug charges.

At about 2am Tuesday (July 17) Oelwein Police took 34 year old Briana Dow into custody on a charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Dow was also arrested for a warrant from Buchanan County, on the original charges of Possession of Controlled Substance-Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,

Operating a non registered vehicle, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Responsibility, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with an Expired License.
