Oelwein Police Make Weekend Arrests

The Oelwein Police Department reports some weekend arrests and investigations.

Just before 3am Saturday (March 7), 35 year old Brandon Roth of Oelwein was taken into custody after and incident in the 400 block of 1st Avenue SE. Roth is charged with Criminal Mischief-4th Degree, Public Intoxication, and Trespass.

Shortly after 9pm Sunday, 25 year old Allyssa Garrison of Oelwein was arrested on a Fayette County warrant after a traffic stop in the 400 block of East Charles. The warrant was for the original charge of Child Endangerment. She was also charged with Interference.

At about 5pm Sunday, officers were called to the 100 block of 7th Street SW for a theft.

And just before 7:30am this (Monday) morning, Oelwein Police responded to the 400 block of 7th Avenue SW for a report of criminal mischief.
