Oelwein Police Make Arrests for Drugs and No-Contact Violations
Oelwein Police have arrested a local man on an outstanding warrant, as well as a drug charge.
Officers were called to a residence in the 300 block of 1st Avenue NE to check on a wanted person. On Tuesday (June 4) shortly after 1pm, 33 year old Jason Nuehring of Oelwein was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for a probation violation. Nuehring was also charged by local authorities for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of a no-contact Order.
Oelwein Police were called to a disturbance in the 100 block of 8th Avenue NW Tuesday morning; following an investigation, 32 year old Jammie Aldrich of Oelwein was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
And Oelwein police received a report Saturday night of a possible violation of a no-contact order. On Monday evening, 47 year old Reid Kimball of Oelwein was taken into custody for Violation of a No-Contact Order.
