Oelwein Police Make Arrests for Buchanan Co. Warrants

Oelwein Police have arrested two local residents on outstanding warrants for burglary and theft.

Shortly after 8pm Monday (July 30), 22 year old Layne Williams and 19 year old Abigayle Rickertson, both of Oelwein, were taken into custody on warrants from Buchanan County.

The original charges were Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 2nd Degree.
