Oelwein Police Make Arrest For Theft and No-Contact Violation

Oelwein Police have arrested an Onawa, Iowa man for allegedly stealing from a local store, multiple times.

After investigating 4 incidents of shoplifting at a local business in the 10 block of 1st Av SE in Oelwein, 31 year old Andrew Lien was arrested on four counts of Theft, 5th Degree.

Oelwein Police were called out early Monday (April 1) on the report of a domestic incident. At about 1am, authorities received a report of a violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order. Then shortly after 9pm, 18 year old Jade Miller of Oelwein was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order.
