Oelwein Police Arrest Stanley Woman after Traffic Stop

An early morning traffic stop in Oelwein has resulted in the arrest of a Stanley woman.

Shortly after 1am today (May 28)Oelwein Police pulled over a vehicle in the 700 block of 1st Street NE.

Following an investigation, 27 year old Cassandra Brackin was taken into custody for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
