A Hazleton man has been arrested on numerous counts of forgery.

At about 10pm Tuesday (Jan. 16), Oelwein Police took 25 year old Joshua Roepke into custody. Roepke was charged with 12 counts of forgery, all Class "D" felonies. The charges were the result of the investigations into 4 incidents.

An Oelwein woman, 33 year old Nicole Pingree, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a Fayette County "show cause" warrant. The warrant was for Failure to Complete a "Children in the Middle" Certificate.

And 21 year old Seth Rohrick of Oelwein was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a warrant for a probation violation. The original charge was Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree. Rohrick was arrested in the 1500 block of South Frederick.
