Oelwein Motorcyclist Arrested for Driving Infraction

An Oelwein man has been arrested after being stopped on his motorcycle early this (Tuesday) morning.

At about 1am, a Fayette County Deputy pulled a motorcycle over for a traffic violation.

After an investigation, the driver, 36 year old Justin Kuennen of Oelwein, was taken into custody on charges of Driving While License is Barred, and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device.

Kuennen was held in the Fayette County jail until his appearance before a magistrate.
