Oelwein Men Arrested in Separate Incidents

A local man has been arrested on 3 outstanding warrants.

Shortly after 1pm Tuesday (Feb. 27), Oelwein Police took 29 year old Tory Miller of Oelwein into custody, in the 150 block of South Frederick. Miller was wanted on three Fayette County warrants, for the original charges of Stalking, Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree, and Burglary-3rd Degree.

Following an investigation, an Oelwein man has been arrested on a theft charge. On February 1st, Oelwein Police received a report of a shoplifting incident in the 10 block of 1st Street SE. After an investigation, on Tuesday, February 27th, 40 year old Nick Walker was taken into custody for Theft-5th Degree.
