Oelwein Man Arrested on Dubuque County Warrants

Oelwein Police have arrested a local man on outstanding warrants for theft.

Shortly after 7pm Monday (Aug. 13), officers took 31 year old Christopher Manning of Oelwein into custody on 2 warrants from Dubuque County.

The warrants are for the original charges of Theft 4th Degree, and a Probation Violation on a Theft 3rd Degree Charge.
