Oelwein Man Arrested for Assault Thursday Night

An Oelwein man has been taken into custody for an alleged assault.

At about 8:45pm Thursday (Sept. 3), Oelwein Police officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of North Frederick in Oelwein.

There, police arrested 27 year old Connor Palo, on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.

The charge is a simple misdemeanor.
