Oelwein Arrest After Traffic Stop

Oelwein Police have arrested a Hazleton man, following a traffic stop Tuesday night (April 30).

At just before 10pm, officers pulled over a vehicle in the 2400 block of Highway 150. The driver, 18 year old Justis Tielebein of Hazleton was taken into custody on the charge of Driving While his License is Suspended. He was also given a warning for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device.

The Oelwein Police Department is investigating a theft. The incident was reported just before 9pm Tuesday, from the 800 block of 1st Street SE. No other information was released.
