At tonight's regular meeting, the Oelwein school board is slated to hire a new High School principal.

Dan Diercks, who will be interviewed tonight, is currently the High School principal at the Allamakee Community school district in Waukon.

And Tony Voss, who is presently the superintendent at Hudson Community Schools, is the other candidate; Voss will be interviewed by the school board and community members on Tuesday.

The Oelwein School board is expected to announce the appointment of a new superintendent this Wednesday.
