
NE Iowa Man Arrested on Arkansas Warrant
A Northeast Iowa man has been arrested on an outstanding, out-of-state warrant.
On November 17th, a Fayette County deputy took 56 year old Jonathan Spencer of Waucoma into custody on a warrant from Arkansas, for a parole violation.
An investigation determined that Spencer, a felon, had a firearm at his residence when he was arrested.
Spencer was taken to the Fayette County jail, where he was charged with Possession of Control of Firearms as a Felon. He was held on $5,000 bond.
Spencer will be transferred to Arkansas on the parole violation, at a later date.
