NE Iowa Accident Sends 4 to Hospital

Four people are recovering from injuries in a one-vehicle rollover in rural Clayton County.

It happened shortly after 1:30pm Saturday on 390th street near Guttenberg. An SUV driven by 19 year old Deejay Staner of Earlville crested a hill, then went out of control, left the road and rolled.

Staner and her three passengers, 16 year old Gabriel McNamee of Evansdale, 20 year old Kimberli McNamee, also of Evansdale, and 22 year old Joshua Apgar of Dubuque, were taken to the Guttenberg hospital for treatment.

The Clayton County sheriff assisted the Iowa State Patrol at the scene.
