WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) — The trial of an Iowa woman accused of killing her husband and his girlfriend more than 30 years ago continues in Waterloo.

Several people testified Thursday in the case against 54-year-old Theresa Supino, who was arrested in March in connection to the 1983 slayings of Steven Fisher and Melisa Gregory. Their bodies were found on the Copper Dollar Ranch northwest of Newton.

Rita Ham, who lived near the horse farm, says she ran there when she heard what had happened. She says it looked as though part of his head was missing.

Linda Snedeker, who owned the ranch with her husband, says she recently found photos of the scene.

Authorities charged Supino with two counts of first-degree murder. She has pleaded not guilty.
