Motorist Charged in Fayette County Rollover

A Hazleton motorist is being charged with causing a one-vehicle accident in Fayette County.

It happened at about 3:30am Sunday (Sept. 17), east of Maynard on "K" Avenue.

26 year old Joshua Woodard was driving south, when he lost control, entered a ditch, causing the car to roll several times. Woodard was not hurt, but his 2000 Dodge Stratus was totaled.

Woodard is being charged with Failure to Maintain Control.
