Motorcyclist Dies in Dubuque County Accident

One person has died in an accident last night, involving a car and a motorcycle in Dubuque County.

It happened at about 8pm Monday on Highway 20, near Epworth.

A car and a motorcycle were both eastbound on 20, when the two collided. The motorcycle driver was thrown off the bike; he was taken to a Dubuque hospital but died of his injuries.

No names have been released yet. More information is expected to be released sometime this afternoon.
