A Manchester woman faces charges for leaving her young child in a car alone, as a punishment for acting up in a restaurant.

Last Thursday, July 7, Manchester Police received a complaint of a 3 year old child who was left unattended in a car, parked at a restaurant.

However, the car in question was gone by the time officers arrived.

Following an investigation, authorities determined that 39 year old Christin Kay Pasker of Manchester had put her child in the car, as punishment for misbehaving during supper at the Sunset Restaurant.

The young child was left in the locked car while Pasker returned to the restaurant to finish her meal.

According to weather sources, the temperature outside that day reached 84 degrees.

Pasker was arrested yesterday (Wednesday, July 13) on a charge of Child Endangerment, which is an aggravated misdemeanor.
