Morgan Wallen is returning to the Midwest on his new tour, announced Monday morning.

Wallen has announced his Dangerous Tour will have almost 50 different tour stops. The tour begins on February 3, 2022, and will continue into the fall when it concludes in Los Angeles, California on September 24.

The Dangerous Tour, which gets its name from Dangerous: The Double Album that was released on January 8, 2021, will make a number of stops in the Midwest. The tour actually begins in Evansville, Indiana on February 3 before also stopping in Omaha, Nebraska (March 11), Green Bay, Wisconsin (April 28), Des Moines, Iowa (April 29), Kansas City, Missouri (April 30), Rapid City, South Dakota (May 13), Noblesville, Indiana (June 16), Wichita, Kansas (August 25), and St. Louis, Missouri (August 27). There are a total of 47 concerts on the tour.

Wallen's tour will also feature both Hardy and Larry Fleet. Fleet was a huge crowd-pleaser when he opened for Jake Owen in Cedar Rapids in February of 2020. While Fleet will appear at all the shows on the first half of the tour, Hardy will miss four of them, including the shows in Green Bay, Des Moines, and Kansas City. Wallen says Fleet will be replaced by another opener, after June 1. He has not revealed who that will be.

Tickets for the first half of the concerts on the tour go on sale this Friday, November 19. The Wells Fargo Arena website indicates the Des Moines show on April 29 will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Morgan Wallen opened for Luke Bryan at the 2018 Great Jones County Fair (photos below). To say his star has risen slightly since then would be the understatement of the year. Tickets for the Dangerous Tour are going to be one hot commodity.
