
Meth Charge Added During Warrant Arrest
A Northeast Iowa woman faces additional charges after her arrest on an outstanding warrant.
At about 10pm Saturday (May 20) a Fayette County Deputy took 24 year old Aimee Upton of Clermont into custody on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
During the arrest, the officer discovered Upton had methamphetamine in her possession.
She was then charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Upton was held in the Fayette County jail until her initial court appearance.
