Man Wanted for Sex Abuse Surrenders to Sheriff

A rural Wadena man, wanted on an outstanding warrant, has turned himself in to authorities.

On Friday, Jan. 29th, 29 year old Rocael Garcia-Hernandez surrendered himself to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.

Garcia-Hernandez was wanted in Dubuque county for sexual abuse in the 2nd degree. He was held in the Fayette County jail in West Union without bond, until his appearance before a magistrate.
