A Cresco man has been arrested for numerous violations, after he drove through 2 yards, striking shrubs and trees along the way.

The incident happened at about 1am Saturday (July 13), in a residential area of Decorah.

35 year old Brandon Henry of Cresco was reportedly driving at excessive speed on College Drive, when he lost control, and his car jumped a curb. Henry drove over a tree, broke through a fence, striking a swing set and shrubs in the back yard.

His car then crossed Sunset Drive and collided with a large tree in the front yard of another residence, then rolled onto it's top.

No injuries were reported. Henry was arrested on charges of Operating While Under the Influence-2nd Offense, Speeding, and Failure to Maintain control.

The incident was investigated by the Winneshiek County Sheriff and Decorah Police Department.
