Man Arrested For Not Leaving Closed Bar

The Fayette County Sheriff has arrested an area man after he refused to leave a tavern.

Shortly after 2am Saturday (July 1), the sheriff got a report of a man who would not leave an establishment.

22 year old Nathan Guyer of West Union was taken into custody, and charged with Public Intoxication-3rd Offense. He was held in the Fayette County jail until his initial court appearance.
