Oelwein Police have arrested a Cedar Rapids man, after responding to the report of a domestic disturbance last night.

 

At about 10:30pm Tuesday (May 18), officers were called to the 200 block of 5th Avenue NE in Oelwein.

After an investigation, 38 year old Dustin Harger of Cedar Rapids was taken into custody for Burglary-1st Degree, Stalking, Domestic Abuse Assault, and Violation of a No-Contact Order.

Harger was also wanted for an outstanding warrant concerning a previous incident; the charge was Violation of a No-Contact Order.
