Local Young Man Arrested for Downtown Disturbance

A young Oelwein man faces charges following an incident last night (Tuesday, Aug. 16).

Oelwein Police received a call just before 9pm, regarding a disturbance in the 200 block of North Frederick.

Responding officers arrested 19 year old Seth Rohrick on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, and Interference with Official Acts.

All of the charges are simple misdemeanors.
