Local Woman Arrested on Warrants for Pot and Child Endangerment

A young Oelwein woman has been arrested on a warrant involving marijuana and child endangerment charges.

At about 1:45pm Monday (March 18), Oelwein Police took 19 year old Lexi Schwandt into custody, in the 100 block of West Charles in Oelwein.

Schwandt was wanted on a Buchanan County Sheriff's warrant on the charges of Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, and Child Endangerment.
