Local Woman Arrested on Warrant for Violation

An Oelwein resident has been taken into custody early this (Friday, Sept. 9) morning, on an outstanding arrest warrant.
At about 12:30am, 21 year old Dariann Janell Toms was arrested by Oelwein Police, on a Buchanan County Sheriff's warrant, for Violation of a No-Contact Order.

Toms was taken into custody in the 600 block of 5th Avenue SW.
