Local Teen Arrested on Theft Warrant

An Oelwein teenager has been arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Just before 1:30pm Monday (May 16), Oelwein Police officers served a warrant in the 700 block of 1st Avenue SE.

In the process, 18 year old Nicholas Eickhoff was taken into custody on a Buchanan County warrant. The original charge was theft in the 3rd degree.
