Local Man Arrested, Plus Theft Under Investigation

Oelwein Police have arrested a local man for an alcohol-related violation.

At about 6:30pm Saturday (Jan. 11), officers were called to the 10 block of South Frederick. As a result, 62 year old Clark Moser of Oelwein was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

And shortly after 2:30pm Sunday, police responded to a report of a theft, in the 10 block of North Frederick. No other information was released. The theft is still under investigation.
