Jelly Roll finally made it to Canada to play his first international shows, and he didn't come home empty-handed.

On TikTok, the singer's wife Bunnie Xo showed off his brand new kicks: A pair of orange Croc slip-ons, decorated with custom Jibbitz. A fan gifted the shoes to him, he says in the clip, and from the looks of it, they're a perfect fit.

Jibbitz — the footwear charms that Crocs owners can purchase to bedazzle their shoes — come in just about every theme and style you can imagine, and in Jelly's case, they're the perfect memento of his trip to Canada.

One shoe is decked out with the letters "JR" (for Jelly Roll, of course), a guitar and Nashville's area code, 615. The other features the letters "XO" for his wife, Bunnie Xo, plus a charm styled to look like a marijuana leaf and another that looks like Bunnie's dog, Chachi. Both shoes are embellished with little Canadian flags.

"Oh, that is awesome," Bunnie says in the clip, from behind the camera. "I love you, baby. And thank you to whoever made these."

For Jelly, the shoes are more than just a special fan gift: They're also a memento of his first time performing outside of the U.S., something he's been working hard to do for a very long time.

Why Couldn't Jelly Roll Play an International Tour?

  • Jelly's history as a convicted felon makes it complicated for him to travel outside of the country.
  • The singer incurred his felony charge when he was arrested for aggravated robbery at age 16.
  • Tennessee has a zero-forgiveness policy for felony offenders, meaning that even though Jelly served his time, his conviction is still on his record, and the repercussions continue to affect his professional and personal life.
  • He also lost out on buying a dream house — which was in a gated community and a golf course — due to his felony.
  • Jelly eventually was able to obtain the proper paperwork to travel outside of the U.S., but it's still been difficult to get other countries to let him enter. That being said, he was able to book Canadian shows as part of his 2024 Beautifully Broken Tour.
