Iowa Coffee Lovers Look Out For This Recall
If you’re a coffee lover, then you might want to pay attention to this recall.
Starbucks is a coffee shop that you can find anywhere you go. Whether it's at home or on the go, the coffee brand has found ways to be part of so many people’s routines. You don’t have to stop at a Starbucks location to enjoy their ready-to-go coffees.
But before you go for that ready-to-go coffee drink from the store, it may be helpful to know about a recent recall impacting coffee lovers.
Pepsico Inc is recalling 25,200 cases of its Starbucks Frappuccino Vanilla drinks due to glass being found in the drinks.
The cases were distributed to retailers nationwide and each case contains a dozen bottles.
The expiration dates on the recalled bottles are March 8th,2023, May 29th, 2023, June 4th, 2023, and June 10th, 2023 with the UPC of 0 12000-81331 3.
According to reports, the recall was initiated on January 28th, 2023, and is still ongoing.

This is the second foreign material recall of Starbucks drinks in six months.
In August, Pepsico recalled its Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot beverages. These drinks were recalled were distributed in Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
This recall was called for possible contamination by foreign materials such as metal fragments.
