Investigation Results in Theft Charge for NE Iowa Man

After an investigation that lasted several weeks, a Northeast Iowa man has been arrested on a theft charge.

At about 11:30am Thursday (April 5), a Fayette County Deputy took 39 year old Aaron Rochford of Maynard, into custody, on a charge of Theft-2nd Degree.

Rochford allegedly took property from a rural Fayette County residence, then sold it, at an out-of-county scrap yard.

Rochford was held in the Fayette County jail until his appearance before a magistrate.
