Hazleton Man Arrested in Oelwein for Pot

Oelwein Police have arrested an area man on illegal drug charges.

Just before 7pm Wednesday (Jan. 3), 23 year old Michael Lewis of Hazleton was taken into custody on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While his License is Suspended.

The marijuana charge is a Serious Misdemeanor, while the other two charges are Simple Misdemeanors.
