Grain Truck Rollover, Driver Injured

The Clayton County Sheriff's Office is investigating a semi rollover, that dumped a load of grain byproduct.

The accident happened at about 7:30am Tuesday (March 29) on county road C-17, near Garnavillo.

25 year old Adam Berns of Postville was driving a semi loaded with corn byproducts, when he lost control of the rig. The truck entered a ditch and rolled, throwing it's contents along the roadside.

Berns was treated for minor injuries at the Guttenberg hospital. Damages were estimated at $20,000.
