Fayette Deputies Arrest Area Man After Traffic Stop

Fayette County deputies arrested a Hawkeye man after a traffic stop on Main Street in Hawkeye.

Shortly after 7pm Thursday (May 9), 20 year old Marcus Timm was taken into custody after officers discovered he was wanted on a valid Fayette County warrant for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.

Timm was also cited for Failure to Provide Insurance, and Operating without Registration.

Timm was held on $500 bond.
